Tenzin Palmo: Seeking The Heart Of Wisdom

. . "What is perfection and how do we attain it?" These have long been the big questions for Tenzin Palmo, one of Buddhism's most prominent female teachers. Born in London, she moved to India at age 20. There she found her teacher, spent 12 years meditating in a remote Himalayan cave, and later founded Dongyu Gatsal Ling Nunnery. She recently received the title Jetsunma in recognition of her spiritual achievements and efforts to improve the status of female practitioners.
